Shipping and Returns

Free Express Post shipping Australia-wide. Same-day dispatch on in-stock orders before 2pm AEST.

Shipping

  • Free Australia Post Express Post on every order, to every state and territory, every time.
  • Same-day dispatch if you order before 2pm AEST on a business day and every item on your order is in stock.
  • Express Post delivery: 1–2 business days for most metro and regional addresses inside the Australia Post Express Network. Remote WA/NT and offshore locations may take a couple of extra days.
  • Tracking: you'll receive an Australia Post tracking email as soon as your parcel is collected.

Pre-orders — "Dispatch in 3–4 weeks"

If a bearing is marked "Dispatch in 3–4 weeks" at the time you order, it means we don't have that size on the shelf right now but it's available from Exalto's UK factory. You can still buy it — we'll place your unit on our next container and dispatch it to you the moment it lands at our Melbourne warehouse.

You'll get an email when we ship. If the factory's lead time changes for any reason, we'll contact you with the new ETA and offer you the option to wait or receive a full refund. Free Express Post still applies — there's no extra cost for a pre-order.

If you're after a size we haven't listed at all (obsolete code, special housing, etc.) use the Contact page — we'll get a direct quote from the Exalto factory and come back to you within one business day.

Returns — change of mind

Ordered the wrong size? No problem.

  • Return the bearing within 30 days of delivery.
  • It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.
  • Email us first with your order number and we'll send a return address and RMA number.
  • You pay return shipping back to us. We refund the full purchase price minus a flat $25 to cover our original Express Post freight cost (which was free to you).
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return.

Returns — faulty or incorrect

If a bearing arrives damaged, is faulty, or is different from what you ordered:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • We'll arrange a free return pickup — you don't pay shipping.
  • You choose: full refund, or a replacement sent express at our expense.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of these specific terms.

International shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through the online store. If you're in New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, or Southeast Asia, email us with your address and we'll quote freight separately.

How to start a return

Use the Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number (starts with "R") and a brief reason for the return. We reply within one business day.
